关于大新华飞维国外采购环路测试仪项目供应商招募公告

大新华 (略) （GCAM）拟采购1台环路测试仪（件号906-10246-3），并签署单次采购合同。择优选取具有资质的法人单位，诚邀有意向供应商参与，相关事项如下：

Grand China Aviation Maintenance Company Limited(GCAM) plan to purchase 1EA Loop Resistance Tester (P/N:906-10246-3) invites interested suppliers to participate.

一、项目简介

1.1项目名称：大新华飞维国外采购环路测试仪项目。

1.2项目类别：货物类。

1.3资金来源：企业自筹资金。

1.4项目内容、数量：环路电阻测试仪，件号906-10246-3，数量：1EA

1.5项目要求：本项目只接受BAE SYSTEMS CONTROLS INC原厂产品906-10246-3（互换件号906-10246-2），即指定厂家所生产的全新产品，不接受旧件、翻新件。设备随货文件需包含OEM原厂COC、原厂完整配件清单、出厂测试报告等资料及证书。

1.6报价要求：美金报价，包括产品包装材料等一切为投标和履行合同所需的全部费用。

1.7交付地点：国外工厂交付。

1.8投标费用：无。

1.9付款方式：货到30天内付款（如投标方无法接受，请单独告知）。

1.10发票要求：形式发票。

1.Project Introduction

1.1 Project Title：GCAM Procurement Loop Resistance Tester (906-10246-3).

1.2 Project Category: Cargo Goods.

1.3 Source of Funds: Self raised funds.

1.4 Subject

Purchase 1EA Loop Resistance Tester (P/N:906-10246-3, Opt: 906-10246-2)

1.5 Project Requirements: Only accept BAE Systems Controls INC product (P/N:906-10246-3, Opt: 906-10246-2) and include original COC, complete accessory list, test report, and other certificates. Old and refurbished parts are not accepted.

1.6 Quotation Requirements: The quotation in US dollars includes all costs required for bidding and fulfilling the contract, including product packaging materials.

1.7 Delivery location: EXW

1.8 Bidding Cost: N/A.

1.9 Payment Terms: NET 30 (if the bidder cannot accept it, please inform separately)

1.10 Invoice Requirements: Proforma Invoice.

二、报名文件的递交

2.1供应商提供的产品需满足本公告中“项目简介”的要求，并在报名时间内提交以下报名资料：

（1）年检有效的企业法人营业执照或对应地区同等有效的营业证件的扫描件。

（2）承诺书

（3）法定代表人资格证明书

（4）法人代表授权书

（5）体系认证

（6）相关其他材料如有。（生产许可证、业绩资料等）

未通过上述资格要求审查的报名人不具备投标资格，采购方有权认定其不具备投标参与资格；任何时候发现投标人提交的相关文件、证明材料或承诺系伪造、变造或捏造的，将取消其投标/中标资格并列入海航航空集团不良行为供应商名单——视为其已主动放弃自本次投标之日起5年内参加海航航空集团任何采购方式下任何项目的采购活动。

2.2招标形式

公开招标，请有意向供应商在规定时间内完成报名、提交资质文件，经招标方审核通过后单独提供密封报价。

2.Submission of registration documents

2.1 The products provided by the supplier must meet the requirements of the "Project Introduction" in this announcement, and the following registration materials must be submitted within the registration time:

(1) A scanned copy of the valid business license of the enterprise legal representative or the equivalent valid business certificate in the corresponding region during the annual inspection.

(2) Commitment letter

(3) Certificate of Qualification of Legal Representative

(4) Authorization Letter of Legal Representative

(5) System Certification

(6) If there are other relevant materials available. (Production license, performance data, etc.)

If the applicant fails to pass the above qualification requirements does not have the bidding qualification, the Buyer has the right to determine that it does not have the bidding qualification; If the relevant documents, supporting materials or commitments submitted by the bidder are found to be forged, altered or fabricated at any time, the bidder will be disqualified from bidding/winning the bid and listed in the list of suppliers with bad behavior of HNA Aviation Group .(It is deemed that it has voluntarily abandoned participating in the procurement activities of any project under any procurement mode of HNA Aviation Group within 5 years from the date of this bid.)

Open bidding, interested suppliers are requested to complete registration and submit qualification documents within the specified time. After being reviewed and approved by the bidding party, a separate sealed quotation will be provided.
