(1) The equipment manufacturer must pass the international quality system ISO9001 certification and equipment of the same type should be used in China with no adverse records. The equipment manufacturer should also provide a list of at least five Chinese domestic users of the same-type products. .
(2) The bidder must be the contractor that has signed with vendee the contract on foreign trade for this project once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contract on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the products are imported ones and the import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contract on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
Main technical requirements:
1.Max. mould clamping force: 32 m.t.
The mould clamping force should be manually adjustable. The mould clamping force and form board positions should be displayed in digits on the screen. In addition, the mould clamping force should be monitored and warnings should be given if such force exceeds the tolerance.
2.Capacity of storage vat: 30L~50L
The storage vat should be configured with a variable-speed mixer, whose blades should be adjustable within 0 rpm~50 rpm in terms of the speed. The bottom of such a vat should be taper. A vacuum pump should be provided to vacuate the storage vat.
