16px">本次维修更新改造费用由中标单位先行垫资施工<http://** style=";font-family:宋体;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">，工程竣工验收合格后，**双方须完善有关备案及资金拨付手续，施工企业持三方同意的工程审价报 (略) 房屋维修资金管理中心办理工程款拨付手续，预留<http://** style="font-family:宋体">3%质保金，保修期满10日后，维管中心未收到维修监督管理小组或业主书面质量投诉的，维修资金管理机构将支付*方留存的质量保证金。<http://**
