style="font-family:仿宋">符合条件的报名企业参照本项目评估报告，在比选会现场提交报价书面文件（需盖单位鲜章），业主代表根据现场所有投标人的报价计算并选定最接近于报价平均值的企业为本项目维修施工单位，若出现最接近平均值且与平均值差额相同的报价，则由业主代表以抽签方式产生维修企业，组织人员对结果进行监督复核。报名企业需自行到小区进行现场查勘，根据现场实际情况确定自己的报价。为避免恶性竞争，本次比选项目报价不得高于评估控制价也不得低于评估控制价的<http://**
