| Shanghai Baohua International Tendering Co., Ltd.（Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency）is commissioned by 武汉宝钢华中贸易有限公司（Hereinafter referred to as tenderer）on international open bidding for the following goods required in TWB production line and invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding。 |

| 3)Technical specifications：The TWB production line will be used to weld automobile sheets with same or different material, same thickness or differential thickness through laser welding method, and supply them to the automobile works for making parts. The annual production shall not be less than 800000 pcs.Length of welds: 200-3600mm; Maximum length of blank (in welding direction): 3600mm;Thickness of single blank: 0.5 - 3.0mm.Please refer to Section 7 for other detailed requirements.; |

| 1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：1) The bidder shall have the performance on design, manufacture the similar equipment and supplying to customers in China, have the success achievement of operation of the production line of same type (the design production capacity of equipment shall not be less than 0.8 million pieces/year), the supply track record in international range shall at least 5, and the performance shall be good.2) The equipment supplied by the bidder for processing TWB products shall obtain recognition from the target customer of this project --Volkswagen car makers (reference list or relevant evidence documents of application in Volkswagen are required to be provided for bidding).3) The manufacturer of main equipment shall have the more than 6 years’ experience on design and manufacture of similar equipment and the relevant documentary proof including reference list shall be supplied. |
