Project Background
Shenzhen Second Peoples Hospital is a tertiary Grade A comprehensive hospital, which is a modern comprehensive hospital that integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, rehabilitation, preventive health care, and health education. The hospital is based in Shenzhen and serves the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. In the future, it will be built into a high-level comprehensive hospital and regional medical center that is leading in South China, domestically first-, radiating to South Asia and Southeast Asia, and internationally advanced in modernization, internationalization, intelligence, and landmark.
The prequalification stage mainly examines bidding applicants enterprise strength and performance in similar projects, as well as the competence and achievements of the proposed team. We will conduct a comprehensive review in combination with the concept proposal, to select bidding applicants with strong comprehensive technical strength of medical projects andthe design teams with profound insights on large medical building to participate in the project, so as to ensure the implementability of the project.
Applicants are expected to respond to the Tender in accordance with the relevant requirements of the prequalification documents.

Project Overview
The project is located north of Sungang Road, south of Guihua Second Road, and east of Meigang Road in Huafu Street.The land for Phase I project is located in the west of the existing hospital, at the Northwest Angle of the intersection of Sungang West Road and Nigang West Road, with a new building area of ******查看详情 square meters and 726 beds.
The project is backed by Bijia Mountain Park and located at the intersection of multiple subway lines, with a superior location. The project is adjacent to Metro Line 7 and Line 14- Huangmugang Metro Station; Line 24 (planned) is adjacent to Sungang Road to the south, Nigang Road to the east, and Beihuan Avenue to the north. The southeast corner is located at the core of the complex urban transportation network - Huangmugang Interchange, with complex traffic conditions.
