6. 合格的投标人可于2016年4月1日至2016年4月8日期间，向招标代理机构提交书面申请，并交纳一笔不可退还的费用：人民币5,000元（或800美元或700欧元）后，可购得一套中、英文招标文件，付款方式可为现金、支票或直接汇款。如需邮寄，国内投标人每个合同包需另付邮费人民币200元，国外/境外投标人每个合同包需另付邮费40美元或30欧元。对于邮寄过程中的文件丢失或迟到，招标代理和业主均不承担任何责任。项目图纸可联系业主处获取。

1. The People’s Republic of China has received a loan from the Saudi Fund for Development towards the cost of Ecological and Environmental Construction Project for Ethnic HUI Nationality in Jintai District, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province Financed by Saudi Government Loan. Part of the loan will be used for payments under the contracts of Environmental Governance for Mosque on Qunzhong Road and Womens Mosque on Motianyuan Road (Lot 03). Bidding is open to all applicants (hereinafter referred to as “Bidders”) meeting the qualification criteria listed in the bidding document.
2. CITIC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Procurement Agent”), authorized by Saudi Fund Project Management Office, Jintai District, Baoji City (hereinafter referred to as “Employer”), invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders for the following civil works Lot.

6. To purchase a complete set of Bidding Document (Chinese, English Bidding document), eligible Bidders should submit a written application to the Procurement Agent starting from April 1, 2016 to April 8, 2016 (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays) upon payment of a nonrefundable fee RMB 5,000 Yuan (or USD 800 or Euro 700). The method of payment can be in cash, check or Telegraphic Transfer. For delivery service, the domestic bidder shall pay RMB 200 Yuan extra per Lot; the foreign bidders shall pay USD 40 or Euro 30 extra per Lot. No liability will be assumed by the Employer or Procurement Agent for loss or late arrival of the Bidding Document. For Project Drawings, please contact the Employer to acquire.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10 a.m. May 17, 2016, late bids will be rejected. For each Lot, all bids must be accompanied by a bid security as specified in the bidding documents. The rates of exchange for bid evaluation shall be the selling rates 28 days prior to the bid opening date published by Bank of China.
