Entrusted by Chang An Ford Automobile Co., Ltd, Chongqing Tendering & Purchasing (Group) Co., Ltd. invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders at home for the supply of the following goods by way of local competitive bidding.
重庆招标采购（集团）有限责任公司受长安福特汽车有限公司委托，对以下设备组织进行国内竞争性公开招标采购。现诚邀具有制造和供应能力的厂商与我们联系购买招标文件事宜，参加此项目招标设备的投标。
1. Name, quantity of equipment, and main technical data

数 量：1批。
项目概况：本项目要求供应商对原始图纸数据进行消化后提供A4规格图纸，外框尺寸与Sigma一致（2245*1450*876mm）。其中所有方、矩管除非功能性要求，都必须封口。料架主体钢材料规格为Q235-A，钢材折弯度数、各位置厚度、尺寸都需要在图纸上标注。原始图纸没有明确的以工程师确认邮件或现有成品为准。外立面喷漆,喷涂颜色参照现有货架，喷涂内容待中标后给出。每个货架4张金属铭牌，铭牌内容待中标后给出。图纸未提及的以使用方邮件要求为准。详细内容，见第八章货物需求一览表及技术规格。
2. Qualification and sale experience requirements of bidder:
投标人资格业绩要求：
1). An eligible bidder should be one has the capacity to fulfill the contract,the particular requirements are as follows.
1).合格的投标人应具有圆满履行合同的能力，具体应符合下列条件：
1).1 The bidder should be a legal person or other organizations who respond to the bid, and have a legal person qualification with the lawful operations and legitimate rights within the territory of China and independently bear civil liabilities in accordance with the law. The bidder should provide copies of operation license, tax registration license, organization code (or license of those three integrate).
1).1投标人必须是响应招标的法人或其他组织，具有在中国境内拥有合法经营权力，具有独立承担民事责任的能力。提供经年审的营业执照、组织机构代码、税务登记证副本(复印件)（或以上三合一的证件复印件）。
1).2 The bidder shall be a manufacture, representative is not allowed in this project.
1).2投标人须为设备制造商，本项目不允许代理商投标。
1).3 Joint bidding is not acceptable. Otherwise, the bidder will fail to win.
1).3 本项目不允许联合体投标。否则，将导致不中标。
2). The power of attorney is required.
2)、提供《法人代表授权书》（格式见招标文件第一册）。
3). Requirement of experience: Since January, 2015 to the bid opening day, the bidder shall have done 2 or more than 2 projects products, relevant sale experience prof shall be provided (copy of bid winning notice, copy of contract of the required bidding experience covering name and quantity of equipment, signing parties or copy of final-acceptance report), bid evaluation committee remains the right to check the original ones.
3)、业绩要求：自2015年1月至投标截止日，投标人必须承接制作过联动货架产品项目2个或2个以上，投标时须提供业绩证明材料(中标通知书复印件或包含合同货物、数量、主体等主要内容的合同相关页复印件或项目终验收报告主要内容的复印件)，原件备查。
3. Price of bidding document: a non-refundable payment of RMB 500 per set, an extra RMB 100(domestic) for express mail service. Please enclosing a copy of remittance Voucher by fax, let us know number of the bidding document, Name of the project, liaison, detailed address, Zip, telephone number, fax and E-mail address.
招标文件售价：500元人民币/每套（国内邮购另付100元人民币）。并请传真附汇款凭证复印件、购买的招标文件编号、项目名称、联系人、详细地址、邮编、电话、传真及电子邮箱地址）。招标文件售后不退。
4. Time of selling bidding document: between 9:00 ~ 17:00 (Beijing time, except holidays) from June 14, 2017 to June 21, 2017at the address below.
发售招标文件时间: 2017年06月14日起至2017年06月21日(节假日除外),每天9:00至17:00 (北京时间)。
5. Place for obtaining the Bidding Documents: Room 2006 (San Bu Yi Chu office) on F20, Block A of Chong Zi Building, No.2 of Wu Jian Rd., Wu Lidian, Jiang Bei District, Chong Qing China.
购买招标文件地点：重庆市江北区五里店五简路2号重咨大厦A栋20楼2006室（三部一处）。
6. Deadline for submitting bids and time for bid opening: 10.00am (Beijing time) on July 05, 2017. Bids submitted after that will be rejected.
投标截止及开标时间: 2017年07月05日上午10:00(北京时间)；逾期送达的恕不接纳（投标除纸质文件外，必须提供电子文档文件一份）。欢迎投标人代表自愿出席。
