2.资质要求：
（1）投标人应提供有效的营业执照或营业登记证明文件复印件；
（2）制造商具有完善的质量管理体系，并提供有效的质量管理体系认证证明文件（如ISO9001等）；
（3）境内投标人应提供有效的银行基本账户开户许可证或基本账户信息证明文件复印件；
（4）设备制造商具有本次所投标设备近5年（2015年至今）的销售业绩，并提供业绩清单（清单中应写明产品名称、合同签订年份、用户名称）。

3.交货期/交货地点：合同生效后12个月内/北京用户现场
4.招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。任何未在中化商务有限公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。

2. Qualification requirements:
(1) The bidder shall provide a copy of a valid business license or business registration certificate;
(2) The manufacturer has a complete quality management system and provides effective quality management system certification documents (such as ISO9001);
(3) The domestic bidder should provide a copy of the valid bank basic account account opening license or basic account information certification documents;
(4) The equipment manufacturer has the sales performance of the equipment bid for the past 5 years (from 2015 to the present), and provides a performance list (the name of the product, the year the contract was signed, and the name of the user should be written in the list).

3. Delivery period / delivery location: Within 12 months after the contract takes effect / Beijing user site
4. Selling price of bidding documents: 1,000 yuan or 160 US dollars per package, and the documents are not refundable after sale. Any legal person or other organization that has not received the bidding documents from Sinochem Commere Co., Ltd. shall not participate in the bidding.
5.
