Notice of Operating Lease of used B737-800 Aircraft for Xiamen Airlines in Year of 2021

To whom it may concern,

厦航集团计划在2021年采用经营租赁方式引进2架二手B737-800飞机。现诚邀各租赁公司前来垂询洽谈。基本要求如下：

Xiamen Airlines（including its subsidiary Hebei Airlines) plans to introduce 2 used B737-800 aircrafts to be delivered in the year of 2021 by operating lease. We now sincerely invite all leasing companies to inquire with us. The followings are the basic requirements:

一、招标文件获取方式 Way to Obtain bidding documents

请在工作日时间通过电子邮件联系我公司获得招标文件，我公司将以电子文本的格式将《招标文件》发送至供应商所指定的电子邮箱，请自行打印投标书。注意我公司收取报价截止日为北京时间2021年3月23日中午12时。

Please contact us by email during business days to obtain the bidding documents. XIA will send the soft copy to your email. Please print the tender by yourself. Noted that the deadline for handing in the proposal is 12：00 noon, 23 March,2021, Beijing time.

三、供应商的资格要求 Qualification Requirements for Lessors

请在提交报价时同时提供最近一年经审计的财务报告，净资产须不低于5000万美元。如果未达到上述要求报价将可能无效。

Please submit the audited financial report for the recent year, together with your proposal. The net worth of the Lessor shall be no less than USD 50 Million. If the Lessor cannot meet the requirements, the proposal may be invalid.

四、本采购公告的解释权归厦门航空有限公司。 

XIA has the right to interpret this purchase notice.
