刚果（布）中刚勘探有限责任公司（以下简称招标人）拟对《刚果（布）中刚勘探有限责任公司矿权区物探项目》进行招标，该项目资金已落实，已具备招标条件。欢迎有意向并符合本公告要求的公司参与投标，并提交密封投标书。具体事项如下：
Republic of Congo Sino-CongoExploration Co., Ltd(hereinafterreferred to as the Tenderer) intends to tender for the for the Republicof Congo Sino-Congo Exploration Co., LtdGeological Geophysical Survey Project, Theproject funds are in place and meet the bidding conditions. We welcomeinterested companies that meet the requirements of this announcement to tenderand submit sealed bids. The details are as follows.

三、 投标人资格要求： 本次招标要求投标人须同时具备以下资格条件：
Qualification Requirements for bidders: Thisbidding requires the bidder to meet the following qualifications:
1.投标人具有所在国家（地区）注册资格，独立法人，具有有效营业执照，注册资金不低于人民币2000万元，保持良好履约记录，有能力响应招标文件所提出的要求，企业需具备所在国最高等级相应资质。

2.投标人须承担过3项及以上该类物探工作设计和野外作业，必须具备履行合同所需的财务能力和经验，具有良好的商业信誉和履行合同所需的设备和专业技术能力，能提供良好技术支持与服务，投标人必须提供物探相关资质证明文件。
2.Thebidder must have undertaken 3 or more such geophysical exploration work designsand field operations, must have the financial ability and experience requiredto perform the contract, have a good business reputation, and have theequipment and professional technical capabilities required to perform thecontract, and be able to provide good For technical support and services,bidders must provide relevant qualification documents for geophysicalexploration.
3.项目经理须为物探相关专业和中级及以上职称，大专8年或本科5年以上工作经验，提供相应工作业绩材料。其他主要人员须有同类项目相关工作经验。
3.Theproject manager must have a major in geophysical exploration and anintermediate or above professional title, 8 years of junior college or morethan 5 years of undergraduate work experience, and provide corresponding workperformance materials. Other key personnel must have relevant work experiencein similar projects.
4.中标单位不得转包、分包，也不得挂靠式承包，并出具书面承诺。

5.投标人没有处于被责令停业，投标资格被取消, 财产被接管、冻结、破产状态。

四、 招标文件发放时间和地点：

4.1所有投标人可在2024年2月29日-3月6日每日9:00-15:00（北京时间，节假日除外）与联系人索取招标文件电子版，报名时应提供的材料及要求：
All bidders may obtain the electronicversion of the tender documents from the contact person at 9:00-15:00 every dayfrom February 29th to March 6th, 2024 (Beijing time, except holidays). Thematerials and requirements that should be provided during registering:

五、 现场踏勘
Site survey
本次招标不统一组织踏勘。如投标人需要进行现场踏勘应事先与招标人联系，踏勘所发生的任何费用全部由投标人承担。
For this tender, we do not organize aunified survey. If the bidder needs to conduct site survey, it is necessary tocontact with the tenderer in advance, and any expenses arising from the sitesurvey shall be borne by the bidder.

六、 投标文件的递交与开标
Submission of bidding documents and bidopening
1.投标文件递交截止时间：2024年3月20日10:00时前（北京时间），并同时参加开标会（如有变更另行通知）。逾期收到或不符合规定的投标文件恕不接受。
Deadline for submission of biddingdocuments: before 10:00 on March 20th, 2024 (Beijing time), and attend the bidopening meeting at the same time (if there is any change, it will be notifiedseparately). The bidding documents received late or not in compliance with therequirements will not be accepted.
